Jacqui was able to take an emotional, complex situation and distil it down to the pieces that needed to be addressed at the time, as opposed to barraging us with huge chunks of information and administration which could be at times overwhelming. She was empathetic, but continued to ensure we all stayed focused on producing a good outcome for our children and for ourselves.
