When we cannot work with you

From time to time we need to close our books to new clients, so we can be responsive and committed to those we are already helping. We apologise if this means we cannot accept you as a client, but hope you understand our reasons. In such cases, we suggest you seek the help of a local psychologist, financial planner and/or collaborative lawyer, which you can find via the collaborative law professional body in your state.

We may also be unable to work with you if we have a conflict of a professional or personal nature – for example if your former partner is known to us. In such cases, we may be able to refer you to another member of our team.
